Have you read the Wheel of Time series. From what I have seen of your list, I think you would enjoy it. It is LOTR-esque.
I haven't started the Wheel of Time series, every time I look at it I get daunted by its sheer size. One of these days I'll have to pick it up, though, and see what I think.
